Extend Licence Term | Licence Upgrade

The term of the licence (number of days) according to the order is displayed under: 

Navigation Fair -> Licence Settings  

The banner at the top of the same page shows the exact date and time of the term.

An extended licence term | licence upgrade can be obtained via the online order form.

If the extension is ordered within 30 days of the expiry of the original term, all contents of the instance can be taken over.

2 options for extension

a) Seamless extension: The newly ordered term directly follows the existing term. This assumes that the original term has not yet ended.

b) Pausieren: Die Lizenz wird nach Ablauf der ursprünglichen Laufzeit in den „nicht aktiviert“ Modus gesetzt.
