expo-IP CMS User Manual
To use the expo-IP CMS, you need any current browser that supports the current HTML5 standard without errors. This does NOT include the browser: Microsoft INTERNET EXPLORER.Provide protected documents
On your virtual trade fair stand you can provide visitors with various information. In addition to texts, images and videos, you can provide PDF documents for download.
For each medium, you can set a meaningful description text that is also displayed for visitors via the expo-IP platform's search function. PDF documents can additionally be supplemented with metatags, which are also found via the search function. For example, you can add metatags to job offers so that interested visitors are directly shown your job offers stored as PDFs.
In addition, you have the option of releasing documents (so-called PREMIUM documents), which you do not wish to release to anonymous users, for download only after the visitor's contact details (name, e-mail address) have been transmitted. These can be e.g. WhitePapers, eBooks and many more
If you mark the medium "Document" with "Only after confirmation", the visitor can only download this document if he confirms in the dialogue box provided that expo-IP may send his contact data to the document provider. This function is available in the "Download" widget, in the "Infobox" widget and in the central area of the search results.

NOTES
Please note: To use this function, it is absolutely necessary to enter your e-mail address at your stand under the "Contact information" tab. Otherwise, expo-IP will not be able to send you the visitor's contact details.
The function "Only after confirmation" applies exclusively to pdf documents. The name and email address of the user who downloaded the document will be transmitted.
