READY: 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE LIVE-ONLINE EVENT
61 office locations in 32 countries - it doesn't get more international than BBN. Working out a common range of topics for an event with all stakeholders can quickly become a challenge. But not for our experienced project management experts, who know how to handle differences in markets and cultures just as well as time differences and language barriers.
SET: 4 MONTHS TO FACE [of] THE FUTURE
An idea becomes a concept and the concept becomes a (major) project - and that means that from now on we will not only coordinate creatives, IT experts and speakers from Dubai, London or Finland. From now on, our to-do will also be to look after the 14 sponsors who will make FACE [of] THE FUTURE possible in the first place.
GO: 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE LARGEST B2B MARKETING CONFERENCE
The ground noise begins. On social media, BBN itself, the partners and the FACE [of] THE FUTURE sponsors ensure reach and awareness in 54 countries on 5 continents.
6 WEEKS BEFORE FACE [of] THE FUTURE
To reach the top international people in B2B marketing, the targeting, timing and content of all touchpoints must be spot on. With automated and localised send-outs for EMEA, APAC and both Americas, that's no problem.
And while we're on the topic of martech, we're simplifying the user experience of the sign-up process as well. Thanks to a personal hash, we make multiple log-ins superfluous. This is only possible with an interface between the landing page, the email automation tool Evalanche and the event platform, which our development team developed especially for this event.
7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
What does the future feel like, what does it look like? The event platform goes live and our creatives present their version of the day after tomorrow. This is very well received by the community - later it will be said about FACE [of] THE FUTURE: "Thanks for your hard work. It looks very impressive.
But it's not just the look and feel: With 3 different programmes for EMEA, APAC and both Americas, as well as personalisation and interaction features, the event platform offers users an inspiring online experience.
ITS SHOWTIME
Meticulous preparation is a big part of the work for online events. Nevertheless, the day of the event requires one or the other proverbial extra mile: 422 live participants from 50 countries have to be welcomed and the perfect transition between the 3 regional event programmes has to be coordinated. To ensure that keynotes, breakout sessions and panels go off without a hitch, our event team works around the clock to ensure that everything runs smoothly and solves even the smallest hiccup as quickly as possible.
And of course the event sponsors don't miss out either - in the Exhibition Hall all 14 get the spotlight they deserve.
