Use areas with and without login

In order to allow selected groups of visitors access to certain areas, it is necessary in the configuration of halls to restrict access to all stands located there and their contents.

Access to stands and their contents is thus exclusively granted to registered visitors.

Example / use case

Access to a preview area without registration and login is to be created. In addition, there is to be an area that can only be accessed after the visitor has successfully logged in.

1. to do this, the "login required" setting is deactivated. This allows visitors to access all stands and their content and services that are not assigned to a hall whose access requires registration.

2. for the area that a visitor should be shown only after successful login, one or more halls are set up, whose stands and contents require registration.

3. all stands whose content and services are to be visible only to logged-in visitors are assigned to the corresponding halls.
